The honey butter chickens are a great way to gain weight, according to new research published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ).
The researchers studied 3,000 overweight or obese people who were given the option of choosing between eating either a chicken or a beef burger.
They found that the calorie count of the chicken was much higher than the calorie counts of the beef burger, suggesting that it is a much healthier alternative.

They then looked at how many people were able to eat their preferred food each day, to see if they could gain weight.
They did find that people who ate a chicken meal for breakfast and lunch gained an average of 12 to 18% more weight than people who didn’t eat a chicken.
“The only reason people eat a lot of protein is that they want to maintain weight,” Dr Jaffe said.
“There is a big difference between a high protein meal and a low protein meal.”

“Dr Jaffa said that he was excited about this research, saying that it could eventually lead to a new type of meal that could help people lose weight.

“We are not saying that this is a bad thing for people to do, but it seems like it may be more efficient and easier to get rid of body fat.”
The researchers said that if people want to eat a high calorie meal, they could use it as a way to improve their diet.
They added: “I think it’s possible that eating a high carbohydrate meal can be good for you if you are on a high carb diet and you want to reduce your carb intake.”
